, Anthropic hereby grants Customer a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license during the Term to use the Services (including any Materials made available therein) and Documentation solely for Customer's internal business purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

2.2. Restrictions. Customer shall not, and shall not permit or encourage any third party or End Users to:

(a) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, structure, or algorithms of the Services;

(b) use the Services to develop, train, or improve any competing artificial intelligence model or machine learning system, including through model distillation, extraction, or synthetic data generation;

(c) circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security, rate-limiting, content filtering, or usage monitoring features of the Services;

(d) remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, watermarks, or attribution markings contained in or generated by the Services;

(e) use the Services in any manner that violates the Usage Policies, including any updates thereto published by Anthropic from time to time;

(f) resell, sublicense, lease, or otherwise make the Services available to any third party except as expressly permitted under Section 2.3 (Permitted Integrations);

(g) input, upload, or transmit any Customer Data that Customer does not have all necessary rights, consents, and authorizations to provide, or that infringes, misappropriates, or violates the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party; or

(h) use the Services for any High-Risk Activity absent a separate written agreement with Anthropic executed by an authorized representative.
